Gromvex AI is an Android application that provides AI-powered tools such as AI chat, writing assistance, translation and rewrite tools, ideas generation, image prompt tools, and other AI features.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

Text prompts, chat messages, translation text, writing requests, code or idea requests that you submit in the app.
Support messages you send to us by email.
If account features are added, your email address or account identifier may be collected for sign-in, restore, subscription, and support purposes.

Information collected automatically

A device-based user identifier or generated user code used to manage daily limits, rewarded ad bonuses, abuse prevention, and support.
Usage information such as request counts, tool type, prompt length, response length, model name, timestamps, and daily limit status.
Basic technical data required to operate the backend service, such as server logs, error logs, and security logs.

Advertising and purchase information

Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, and consent status to serve and measure ads.
If subscriptions or in-app purchases are added, Google Play Billing may process purchase tokens, subscription status, transaction data, and related account information.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

Provide AI chat and AI tool responses.
Send user prompts to the Gromvex AI backend and, when required, to an AI provider for processing.
Apply free usage limits, rewarded ad bonuses, image generation limits, and Pro subscription limits.
Maintain, debug, secure, and improve the app and backend.
Prevent abuse, spam, automated misuse, and excessive API usage.
Provide customer support.
Show ads and measure advertising performance where applicable.

4. AI providers and generated content

To generate AI responses, your prompt may be sent from the app to our backend and then to an AI provider such as Google Gemini or another provider used by Gromvex AI.

AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Gromvex AI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.

Do not enter passwords, API keys, private financial data, sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or other data that you do not want processed by an AI service.

5. Advertising and consent

Gromvex AI may display ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads that can unlock extra text requests or image generation attempts.

In regions where consent is required, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we may request consent for personalized ads, ad storage, cookies or local storage, and the processing of personal data for advertising purposes.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Gromvex AI may offer a Pro subscription or paid features in the future. Payments and subscriptions will be processed by Google Play Billing. We do not directly receive or store your full payment card details.

We may store purchase status, subscription status, purchase tokens, and related technical information required to unlock Pro features and prevent fraud.

7. History and retention

During the MVP/testing phase, chat and tool history may be stored locally on your device. Server-side cloud history may be added later.

If server-side history is enabled, we intend to keep user prompt and response history for a limited period, for example up to 90 days, unless a shorter or longer retention period is required for security, legal, billing, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

Usage logs, daily limits, rewarded ad counters, technical logs, and billing-related records may be retained for longer where necessary for service operation, analytics, fraud prevention, accounting, legal compliance, and support.

8. Data sharing

We may share data with:

AI providers that process prompts and generate responses.
Google AdMob and related Google advertising services for ad delivery, rewarded ads, consent, and measurement.
Google Play Billing for subscriptions and purchases.
Hosting, database, analytics, security, email, or infrastructure providers used to operate the app and backend.
Authorities or other parties if required by law, legal process, security, fraud prevention, or protection of rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

9. Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including keeping AI API keys on the backend instead of inside the Android app, using HTTPS for backend communication, and limiting access to server-side systems.

No system is completely secure. You should avoid submitting sensitive information that is not necessary for using the app.

10. Your choices and deletion requests

You may request deletion of your server-side data by contacting us at support.gromvexai@gmail.com.

Please include your Gromvex AI user code or the email linked to your account, if available, so we can locate your data.

You can also clear local chat history inside the app where this feature is available.

11. Children

Gromvex AI is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

12. International data transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country, including by AI providers, advertising providers, hosting providers, or other service providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
